Singer James Brown, known as the "Godfather of Soul", has died at the age of 73, his agent has said.

He was admitted to hospital in Atlanta after being diagnosed with severe pneumonia but died at 0145 local time (0645 GMT), said Frank Copsidas.

The star was famous for hits including I Got You (I Feel Good), Papa's Got a Brand New Bag and Living in America.

A sad Christmas for soul.

Best people to have over for stimulating dinner converstaion: John Stewart and Keith Obermann. I'm pretty sure I'd choke from laughter before the meal was through.

Between these two, I don't need any other news feeds.

Keep it coming.
I'm on the verge of having my old stomping grounds take over the DC IT market. Now, I've got 5 alumni from my college in northern NY settled into the DC area. The south isn't ready, you better get ready.

Check the skills of the new addition. http://www.matt-toigo.com
